Cancellations
Because Salon Services & Spa Treatments are reserved for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Merchandise Returns
Product Returns are good for merchandise credit or exchange only within 10 days of purchase.

Punctuality
Late arrivals will have their services adjusted according to the time remaining in the appointment or will have their appointment rescheduled. We do this to ensure that all our guests receive the personal attention that they deserve.

Gift Certificates
At Mystique Salon & Spa Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. All gift certificates are valid through one year of the date of original purchase.
