In 2003, Erika decided to purchase her own salon. Erika had been a hair stylist for 24 years and was extremely committed to advanced education and had been working in a salon environment for many years. She began this venture with the hope of realizing her dream to create a salon culture that would be supportive, team oriented, prosperous, and a wonderful work environment.
